Energy & AI Infrastructure Development

Powering the next generation of AI infrastructure.

Greenfinity develops and sources power-ready infrastructure for AI, HPC and data centre deployment across Canada and North America.

From power and site identification to grid interconnection, infrastructure development and deployment, we bring energy, real estate and technical expertise together to accelerate AI capacity.

How AI capacity gets built

AI infrastructure starts with power.
We start with the grid.

Power availability determines what can be built, where it can be built and how quickly it can come online. Our foundation in power systems lets us work the problem in the right order.

01

Power

Utility capacity, behind-the-meter and on-site generation.

02

Power-ready sites

Powered land, powered shells, existing facilities and industrial conversions.

03

Data centre infrastructure

Electrical distribution, cooling, modular and colocation capacity.

04

AI / HPC deployment

High-density compute brought online on a realistic power schedule.

Why power expertise matters

The grid is the bottleneck for AI.

AI and HPC loads are arriving faster than grid capacity is being built.

Interconnection queues are longer, load studies are more demanding and network upgrade costs can change a project's economics overnight. A site that looks ideal on paper may sit behind a congested line.

Our team has spent more than a decade on power system planning, interconnection studies and utility coordination for generation and storage projects. We apply the same discipline to large loads: where capacity exists, what upgrades are likely, and when power can realistically be delivered.

Current requirements

We are sourcing power-ready capacity

Greenfinity is actively sourcing power-ready infrastructure for AI and HPC deployment across Canada and selected North American markets.

1–10 MWNear-term capacity

Existing data centres, colocation and powered shells that can be energized soon.

10–50 MWExpansion opportunities

Powered land, industrial conversions and sites with confirmed utility capacity.

50+ MWLarge-scale development

Utility-supplied or behind-the-meter sites suitable for large-scale AI campuses.

Track record

Proven on power and renewable projects

Our foundation is in energy: interconnection modelling, permitting support and technical advisory on solar, wind, battery storage and generation projects, including Tilbury Renewable Energy Centre and Hagersville BESS in Ontario, and Oyen Wind and Little Flipi in Alberta.

That experience is what we bring to AI and data centre infrastructure.

FAQ

Common questions

What does Greenfinity do?

We are an energy and AI infrastructure development company. We identify power and sites, assess grid and interconnection, and coordinate development and delivery for AI, HPC and data centre capacity, building on our background in power systems and renewable energy projects.

Does Greenfinity own or operate data centres?

No. We are a development platform: we source and develop power-ready infrastructure and coordinate the partners needed to deliver it. We are not a data centre or colocation operator, a utility or an equipment manufacturer.

What kind of sites or capacity are you looking for?

Existing data centres and colocation capacity, powered shells, powered land, industrial conversion opportunities, utility-supplied sites and behind-the-meter generation, from roughly 1 MW to 50 MW and above. See our Current Requirements page.

Do you still work on renewable energy projects?

Yes. Grid interconnection, power system studies and development support for solar, wind and battery storage remain core services.

Do you sign NDAs before reviewing site or project information?

Yes. We are happy to sign a mutual NDA before you share site, financial or technical details.

Have power, a site or available capacity?

We are actively sourcing power-ready infrastructure for AI and HPC deployment. Tell us what you have.
